Canary Lofts is an eight-storey, multi-family residential development with a mix of 141 market condo/townhouse units at 116 Columbia Street.
As a developer who wants to create residential buildings which fit well in a neighbourhood and help revitalize spaces, a big part of how we do this thoughtfully comes from hearing from our community. We would like to thank the community for their input and ideas and look forward to sharing updates soon as the project now has approval to move forward.
